2. Service Description

BytArch provides AI infrastructure services including but not limited to: API access to AI models, Multi-model routing and infrastructure, Usage analytics and monitoring, Developer tools and documentation.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining account security. You must provide accurate and complete information. You may not share your account credentials with others. Accounts are available to students, businesses, and individuals of all ages.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for: Illegal or unauthorized purposes, Generating harmful, malicious, or abusive content, Attempting to reverse engineer or extract model weights, Overwhelming or attacking our infrastructure, Violating any applicable laws or regulations, Infringing on intellectual property rights.

5. Pricing and Billing

Services are billed on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed based on usage. All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BytArch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BytArch is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
